York Du
[US President, Donald Trump] I want to start by saying that Melania is in the hospital doing really well, she's watching us right now. And I want to thank the incredible doctors at Walter Reed Medical Center. They did a fantastic job. So thank you and she sends her love. President Donald Trump flew by helicopter to a military hospital to visit his wife, Melania on May 14. The first lady underwent an embolization procedure for a benign kidney condition. The procedure was successful and was performed without complications. The White House has not offered any additional details on the first lady's condition.
