North Korea will send another high-level delegation to South Korea for the closing ceremony of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. The delegation will be led by Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of North Korea's Party Central Committee, will stay for three days from Feb. 25. Kim is in charge of inter-Korean affairs in North Korea. He was also chief of North's Reconnaissance General Bureau, a top military intelligence body. Seoul blamed the agency for the deadly sinking of the Cheonan, a South Korean navy corvette, in 2010. Kim and his delegation will meet South Korean President Moon Jae-in during their stay. The latest visit by North Korean officials will also coincide with a U.S. delegation led by President Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka. Credit: Reuters
