NASA says the largest iceberg ever recorded is dying

The largest iceberg to ever break off Antarctica’s Ross Ice Shelf has wandered for 18 years. Iceberg B-15, the size of the state of Connecticut has been breaking down since 2000. It drifted near the South Georgia Islands, in the South Atlantic Ocean. Some pieces are still large enough to be tracked by the U.S. National Ice Center.
