Baked Broccoli Bacon with White Sauce

Ingredients:
For White Sauce
25g butter
25g bread flour, sifted
300g milk
Salt and pepper
50g bacon
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 shiitake
100g broccoli
50~100g milk
5~10g butter
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1. To make white sauce, melt 25g butter in the pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir to mix. Gradually add milk and stir continuously. Season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
2. Fry bacon in another pan until lightly golden then add garlic and shiitake.
3. Add broccoli, milk and butter, and stir until sauce slightly reduced. You can cover with lid for a bit.
4. Add white sauce and stir to mix. Season with salt.
5. Transfer to a baking dish. Spread with cheese and bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 200 degree C oven.
