Besan Ladoo or Besan Laddus are round sweet balls made by roasting gram flour, ghee and sugar. I have veganized them using coconut oil instead of ghee. Besan Ladoos are premium and traditional Indian sweet recipe passed on by generations and are typically made during festival seasons. Besan Ladoo are one of my favorite Indian Sweet or dessert.
Besan Ladoos have this light texture and trust me you won't stop at one. Besan Ladoos are a must have sweet during Diwali and Dusherra season. Besan ladoos are one of those recipes which can be prepared with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients for Vegan Besan Ladoo Recipe
Coconut Oil - 100 Grams
Gram or Chickpeas Flour - 300 Grams
Cardamom Powder - Half teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
Finely Chopped Dry fruits - Optional
Sugar - 250-300 grams (Fine grain sugar - not powdered)
