Day 21 - 2021 Wheat Harvest July 3 We’re BACK in the field!!!! It’s been a long wait. Pulled the drone out when I had a few extra minutes. Otherwise, it was a non-stop day. Frank never shut off. I hauled 12 loads - approx 6,000 bushels. I don’t know how many acres we cut. The moisture started at 13.8% but was down to 10% by the end of the day. The weight dropped from 63 to 60 lbs. Not bad - still a good weight - but you wish it was at peak when it’s hauled to town. Kudos to the employees of the Chase Central Prairie Co-op!!!!!!!
