Today we are making Vegan Hasselback Potatoes using an air fryer. In this dish potatoes are cut about halfway through into thin fan-like slices. They can be served as the main course, or as a side dish with different types of toppings. These Hasselback Pototoes are Vegan & Gluten Free. You can prepare these Hasselback potatoes in an Oven as well and even without oil or butter if you like.
These hasselback potatoes is a simple yet fancy dish which can be prepared for get-togethers or potlucks and you will receive a lot of praise. The potato skin is crispier on the outside and and tender at the center. You can make them the main highlight of your lunch or add it as a side dish, it can be paired with so many dishes.
Hasselback potatoes got their name from the Swedish restaurant where they were invented and popularized. The restaurant was called Hasselbacken and the these potatoes were first served there in 1953
