Today we are making a healthy and easy recipe using Mung beans. This is a simple breakfast recipe and even good for weight loss. We have soaked the mung beans for 30 minutes minimum before making it and added some ginger, salt and cumin powder to make the batter.
Ingredients for Mung Bean Vegan Breakfast Crepe Recipe
Mung beans or green grams – 300 Grams
Ginger – 2 Inches
Salt – 2 Teaspoons or salt as per taste
Cumin powder – 1 Tablespoon
