NY parolees get the right to vote under Cuomo executive order, GOP Chair Cox- liberal lunacy

Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed an executive order on Wednesday to restore voting rights to parolees with a felony. This is estimated to impact about 35,000 New Yorkers. Cuomo touted the order as an improvement to the democratic process and a hand to parolees returning to society. However, state Republican Chairman Ed Cox did not agree. [[CG]] “Cuomo’s actions are purely political, just to win the votes of radical voters. His crazy liberal approach is destroying New York State." Senate Majority Leader John Flanagan said Cuomo's skirting the legislature could also make his executive order illegal. NTD TV Henry Yan New York News
