His lawyer stated in the file: “President Biden has no authority to terminate Mr. Severino’s appointment to the Council under Article II of the Constitution.” On Thursday, Britain’s broadcasting regulator, Ofcom, revoked the licence for CCP television outlet CGTN to broadcast in the UK for violating the UK broadcasting laws. There are three other ongoing fairness and privacy investigations into CGTN broadcasts.
