We are making 2 different types of Vegan Croissants, both can be done in the same day but one is faster than the other. They're loved by everyone and there is a good reason. We're talking cloud-like puff pastry, buttery, flaky, chewy Vegan bread. It really is one of the most decadent things you can eat.
